1. Conscious Production: Made On Demand
At LYV, every item is produced on demand — meaning your piece is made only after you place your order.
This sustainable approach eliminates overproduction and excess inventory, reducing waste and carbon emissions.
All LYV garments are crafted in collaboration with our certified production partner, NovaTomato, a company specializing in eco-friendly “Cut, Print & Sew On-Demand” manufacturing.
Each product is individually printed, cut, and sewn using recycled or organic fabrics, ensuring high quality and minimal environmental impact.
2. Production & Shipping Times
Because your item is made especially for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated delivery times:

European Union: 5–10 business days

United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

North America: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
These times may vary depending on your location and local customs.
3. Sustainable Fulfillment
Your order is shipped directly from the nearest NovaTomato fulfillment center — located in Europe, North America, or Asia — to minimize transportation distances and carbon footprint.
Our production partner NovaTomato operates certified facilities and follows internationally recognized ethical and environmental standards.
Packaging is 100% recyclable or biodegradable.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can follow your order’s journey in real time.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your LYV piece.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, following EU consumer protection laws.
Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Custom-printed or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
To initiate a return:

You’ll receive instructions and a return address.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing issue or our error.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.
We’ll provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
