We believe in thoughtful consumption. Each LYV piece is made just for you — but if you need to return it, here’s how we’ll take care of it.
1. Overview
At LYV, we create each product on demand, exclusively for you.
Because every piece is produced only after an order is placed, we encourage conscious purchasing and aim to minimize returns — a key part of our sustainability mission.
For this reason, returns are accepted only in case of defects or incorrect items.
However, we want you to feel fully confident with your order.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-printed or personalized items (produced on demand) can only be refunded if defective or damaged.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of wear, have missing labels, or are returned after the 14-day window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request:

Include clear photos if your item is defective or damaged.

We’ll reply within 3 business days with detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or card provider — processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
Since our items are produced on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the defect or damage,

A brief description of the issue.
We’ll immediately arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:

Items customized with personal prints or text,

Gift cards,

Final sale or promotional items (unless defective).
8. Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

The product was damaged or defective, or

A wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return.

Our on-demand model means your item was made specifically for you — avoiding mass production and overstock waste.
