These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

LYV is a sustainable European activewear brand committed to conscious luxury, comfort, and design.

3. Products

All LYV products are manufactured responsibly through certified production partners, including NovaTomato, who manage ethical production and fulfillment on our behalf.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and colors displayed on the website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed online via www.lyvsports.com.
Payment can be made securely through credit/debit card, PayPal, or Wix Payments.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are processed upon successful payment authorization.
LYV reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or stock issues are detected.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT (for EU customers).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

6. Shipping & Delivery

LYV works with NovaTomato and certified logistics partners to ship directly from sustainable fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown during checkout.

Typical delivery times:

EU: 5–10 business days
Non-EU: 10–20 business days

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LYV pieces.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Return conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
To start a return, contact hello@lyvsports.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Note: Custom-printed or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9. Sustainability & Transparency

LYV is committed to ethical and sustainable practices.
Our production partners are carefully selected based on certifications such as GRS, OEKO-TEX, Bluesign, and ISO9001.
We continuously strive to reduce waste and carbon footprint in all supply chain stages.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — including images, text, graphics, and logo — is the property of LYV or its licensors.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share or sell your data; information is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.

12. Limitation of Liability

LYV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
